Many people are not yet sure of God’s plan and purpose for their life. In fact, they are not convinced that there is something beyond their present circumstances or that they have a destiny at all. They are merely living from day to day hoping just to make it to tomorrow. The truth is sometimes we need a little push; we need someone to help push us to our destiny. God will use different people and the most difficult circumstances in our lives to move us to the next level. We must first be stretched because we can’t get to where we are going thinking the way we currently think. Isaiah 55:8 tells us that God’s thoughts are not our thoughts, neither are our ways His ways, so stretching us will prepare us to handle a destiny that we never would have imagined.
God sees something in us that we do not see. We place limits on ourselves whereas in the heavenly realm, nothing is impossible! Sometimes we allow our emotions to prevent us from seeing our destiny, and we allow our present moment of frustration to impact our future in a negative way. We think that if we haven’t already done it – we can’t do it. We think that nothing good will ever happen to us because of where we are right now. We think that tomorrow will be just like today, but that is not true. In one moment, everything about your life could change, and you will do yourself a lot of good if you trust God more than you do yourself. You might be burdened down right now and don’t understand why you have to go through what you are going through, but God will get us to our destiny! Every situation will connect if we hold on to our faith.
Don’t let your present situation define you; rather you define your situation and the outcome by your level of faith. God can take your biggest problem and use it to push you to your destiny because Romans 8:28 tells us “And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose. Don’t lose hope when you are being stretched beyond your comfort zone; walk by faith and not by sight. God’s destiny for your life will come to pass; remember that God is in control. Isaiah 14:24 says “The Lord of hosts has sworn: “As I have planned, so shall it be, and as I have purposed, so shall it stand. ” Verse 27 says “For the Lord of hosts has purposed, and who will annul it? His hand is stretched out, and who will turn it back?” In other words God is saying no one can stop His plan and no one is more powerful than He.
Trust God to lead you to His ultimate plan for your life by totally surrendering all to Him. What do you have to lose for nothing you can imagine can compare to what God has predestined for you.
